History
The Dawson house was built in 1910 in the Colonial Revival style. The Dawsons owned the Owl Drugstore, a design of an owl can be seen in the top gable. The house was designed by Charles Burggraf, a noted Oregon architect who designed many Albany homes and commercial building.
